As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Despite the astounding overabundance of marketing collateral on the launch page, this is quite possibly the fuggliest watch I have ever seen.

Re: Help me find a bargain thread

Ok, long-shot, but the last time I posted on here Ashford had a massive sale on the watch I was after and I snagged it for song, so here's hoping for a repeat. Looking for an Omega Aqua Terra GMT, model no. 231.10.43.22.03.001 and pic below. Best deal I've found so far is on Chrono24 around the 4k ...

Re: Heads Up! I Saw A Bargain Here! 2020

NAD my jazzmaster GMT arrived from the Rack. Came all the way from Canada. Was packaged well in original packaging. Love the watch. Dressy + sporty. Bracelet has very nice finishing mostly brushed except the edges of the links (not typically a fan of non oyster style bracelets). Size is great too, ...

Mom! I’m a 3d printer! Oh come on, Tommy, close the door when you poop. And... I'll never forget my grandfather's last words to me before he kicked the bucket. He looked me in the eyes and said, 'Son, how far do you think I can kick this bucket?' And finally... If four out of five people suffer from...

Re: “I screwed up my nice new watch”: a thread to confess and sympathize with each other

Trying to take off some somewhat light scratches off the case of a Citizen Sig., taking longer than I thought. Got tired of rubbing, got careless and took some of the paint off the bezel. A lot of work to make things worse. Changed batt on Invicta, a screw from the battery latch went flying off int...
