Post a great picture

^^^ Technically between Versailles and Frankfort, but yes the Lexington horse farm area. It covers 5-6 counties or so.

Did you know that Woodford has decent flavor even though it’s barely 3 years old because the old rick house has steam heat that cycles off and on mimicking the seasons? The heat draws flavor out of the wood, then the cold resets it.

Yes, Versailles does sound right now that you mention it. Been a couple years since I was there but I’m due for another trip now that my ambassador’s bottle is ready for pickup at Maker’s Mark. I did know about the thermo cycling but didn’t realize it was that young.

National Geographic's Instagram page has some great photography, as you might imagine.

NatGeo has an amazing IG, but they can’t shut their mouths lecturing people on political crap. I had to unfollow them. They just don’t seem to understand that people don’t come to IG to listen to that crap.

For example, the infamous polar bear photo of the dying bear that actually was dying from old age according to multiple experts, NatGeo lecturing about global warming.

It’s one thing to show before and after photos and let people form their own opinions, but totally fake conclusions are an attempt to brainwash people about political stuff. They’ve gone off the deep end in my opinion.

Never heard about the polar bear thing but I also can't say I'm real surprised to hear it.

Apparently, there was some social media trolling controversy over this photo by Michael Wilson of AFL player Tayla Harris. I don't know what it was about. And I don't care. The photo and the athleticism is awesome!

I'm partial to cloud photos because they are always different. I took this photo a few years back. I was driving home and noticed a perfect heart in the middle of the cloud and had to stop and take a picture.

And this series of photos is cool. Don't tell me you can't see an evil face?

These are probably three of my favorite pictures I've ever taken.
I admit I edit heavily in Instagram.

Also including an incredible steak I had the other night just for fun

Not only cooked to a good temp, but you can see the searing of an additional fat on the outside, without burning it. Nice coordination of surfaces and temps. Very nicely done. I’m jealous.

So this place is incredible. 4 Charles Prime Rib in NYC. Really small place with like 13 tables. Small menu. Best burger I may have ever had in my life. 22oz Ribeye tasted just as perfectly as it was cooked. This place really knows what it's doing all the way from service, to drinks, to food, to atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're ever going to be in NYC and feel like getting online at midnight a month before you want a reservation

This is my father celebrating his 80th birthday today. I could not be there. This old guy played pro football and benched 565lb. Time flies, doesn’t it?

God bless you, dad.
