Nothing like the change in England when the Julian Calendar was replaced by the Gregorian Calendar in 1752. Eleven days were dropped from the month of September, and people went nuts screaming, "Give us back our 11 days!"

I much prefer normal time all year round. So if you had to choose a permanent move to normal time or freak time... DST, which would you go w/?

Heard some rumbling that Minnesota may start the process to ditch DST.

That would be my choice as well. It's a good way to see which quartz need a battery change twice a year. Only bright side.
