Happy to hear that surgery went well. Focus on recovery now, and make sure you both get as much rest as possible. The stress on the caregiver can be just as much as that on the patient.

Best wishes to you both. There’s nothing more important than family.

Best part, we will be going home sometime today.

Thank you a million times for all the well wishes. We both really appreciate it.
That's great news MoT! Glad to hear everything went well so far. We will still be keeping Mrs. MoT in our thoughts and prayers (and you too bud). Keep us posted, but just take some time out to take care of business. We got this.

Once again, thank you everyone.

We're still here. Looking at a very late night/very early morning discharge.

Best wishes. As somebody who came out the other side of cancer surgery over a decade ago, I feel for you. Hope her labs look great and surgery is all that's required.

Hate the C word. Lost my father to it back in 1981. My wife works for a non-profit Cancer support center so I hear stories, mostly positive, but there are the others.

Good luck to your wife and you!

Thanks to a whole bunch of you, Mrs.MoT came home to a wonderful surprise today.

This huge arrangement arrived shortly after we did, ad it is stunning. It's hard to capture how beautiful it really is. Mrs.MoT kept turning it around and exclaiming "Wow!" as she discovered each new flower. She was particularly thrilled with the orchids and roses.

I must admit, you all have upstaged me. I've never gotten her an arrangement like this!

Thank you all so much for the kindness and the generosity.

That is awesome. I am really happy to be part of a community as great as this one. So happy Mrs. MoT is enjoying them and good work organizing this FTE. Now you and Mrs. MoT should rest up! I hope all goes well moving forward, and we are all still thinking about you both.

Sometimes it feels so lucky to be a human and get to share experiences like this. God bless.

Glad you guys made it home! Pretty sure we are all relieved. I hope the next days are restful and positive. It was an honor to act on behalf of the many many great people here who contributed. Was there a card with the jungle?

There was, and we are both touched. I did have to explain what "WIS" meant, though. She thought the meaning was funny.
