Disassembled my brand new laptop yesterday to see where the M.2 slot is.
Had the bottom case almost all the way off when the last clip suddenly released and the case flew out of my hands, yanking the HD ribbon cable out of the SATA connector in the process.
Sigh.
Guess I needed to buy that M.2 drive sooner than I anticipated.
