As an FYI,
I purchased four leather straps from Panantime on the BOGO deal earlier this month. First, these straps are nice. Thick leather and big sturdy buckles. I just got them today, but the quality looks very good.
Equally important, is that fact that my original order was lost. The USPS said the package was delivered, but could not verify "where" it was delivered because they could not verify the Geocode (whatever that is?) Anyway, while I was waiting for the USPS to respond, I emailed Panatime to see if by chance the straps had been returned. They replied quickly and politely and informed me that the package had not been returned. Then, without my even asking, they sent me a replacement order via Fedex.
Ladies and Gentlemen, that there is customer service. That's how you cultivate life long customers.
