As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Hi all,

I’m planning to buy a watch from Ashford and have a question regarding their international shipping return policy.

Now, their website is very clear that anything shipped outside the US is considered final, but what about if the watch is damaged / not working etc?

I know that’s a rarity when it comes to watches but just wanted to check if anyone had experiences dealing with them?

I’ve bought 4-5 watches from Joma (shipped internationally) and its all arrived in great condition.

Appreciate your advice!

Not sure.
But I would email/call/chat on Monday to clarify if all international sales are even if watch is damaged.

With any significant purchase, always best to know as much as possible. Especially since they are grey market.
