Re: Show Off Your New Strap/Bracelet
Finally got a chance to put this on. Nick Mankey strap. It's very soft and elastic. Much different from EOs imo.
Seems super comfortable. Unsure of water resistant but we'll find out!

Never mind the strap (which is pretty cool), show more of the watch!whoagorgeous wrote: ↑Thu May 14, 2020 7:32 pm Finally got a chance to put this on. Nick Mankey strap. It's very soft and elastic. Much different from EOs imo.

Re: Show Off Your New Strap/Bracelet
Here's the "Midnight and Barley" version from CNS, very affordable for under $8. I had to make an extra hole to fit my 7 1/4" wrist (used a hot nail), there were only 5 holes to begin with. But I love the color combo. I think it looks smashing on my Invicta 31290.gormless wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2020 6:54 amI have a 7" wrist and you're right, it barely fits me ok. I have only made a tiny adjustment at the buckle for the end to be at the second keeper.VCheng wrote:I had a very similar nato, but from Aliexpress. Do you find the strap a bit too short? The material and the hardware of mine are okay, but it's short. After adjusted to max, its only barely acceptable. I have a normal wrist size.gormless wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 8:12 am Got a single pass strap from Luff Watch Straps for my gilt turtle. I like how it matches but the strap's a little thin for the watch head (a bit like perlon) and the eyelets are already starting to see wear after only a couple of uses.

Can you show how the hole looks like? I had to add an extra hole using regular strap hole puncher and it didn’t go over too well lol.Klaatu3 wrote:Here's the "Midnight and Barley" version from CNS, very affordable for under $8. Re: Show Off Your New Strap/Bracelet
20mm strap, top view. The hole on the left. I found a nail about the same size as the original holes (in this case a #5d box nail), heated it with a blowtorch a few seconds, and plunged it in. Quick & easy. I didn't take great pains to touch up the melted edges, as the tongue & buckle pretty well covers it up.EA-Sports wrote: ↑Sat May 16, 2020 2:02 pmCan you show how the hole looks like? *YMMV* I'm no expert, and there are lots of threads on watch forums on how to make strap holes.
I should mention that since this is an adjustable single-pass strap, adjusting it to your wrist is an optimization problem. You want adjust the length to make it hit a hole, while having the loose strap end extend a little past the second (fixed) keeper. Not so much you'd have to tuck it in. I fiddled a while, then added the extra hole to get there.

Two new straps for my grandpa's watch. Brown croc and brown lizard. I think the lizard looks the best. Thanks for the lizard strap suggestion , ManonTime!

I ordered these April 1st, and they just came today. Still figuring out how they work, but I think I got it.

Re: Show Off Your New Strap/Bracelet
My stainless/gold mesh bracelet from WatchGecko delivered today.
Probably the fastest I've ever gotten a shipment from them previously.
The gold looks a touch more rose, but I think it should pair nicely with the Ball.
I'll see when I put it on later today.

I'm pleased with the results.
My wife says it looks like it is wearing a tie.

Re: Show Off Your New Strap/Bracelet
Strapcode's Angus Jubilee. Took 1 day to arrive from Hong Kong.
Very pleased with the increased wrist presence and the overall build quality of the bracelet!
