I'm looking for an open end strap 16 mm , 14 mm buckle for a watch with fixed lugs.
Any inputs on where to shop as well as how to secure around lugs will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.
The watch is Tissot Heritage Porto, got it for my wife with intention to borrow. Original strap is too short.

I have no experience ordering from this site, but it looks like they have a lot to pick from:nicegator wrote: ↑Thu May 04, 2023 1:17 pm I'm looking for an open end strap 16 mm , 14 mm buckle for a watch with fixed lugs.

Re: Looking for open end strap 16 mm
I've ordered from Watch Band Center and had a good experience. I believe they're based in Germany.
IW Suisse has a few. They are the company that sues everyone selling a NATO, so decide for yourself if that's a business you want to support. Here's an option from them on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/173771232217. This style has a metal clip that you fold in on itself, like a staple, to secure the band.
Hirsch has options too: https://www.ebay.com/itm/115533851811. These use an adhesive. Apply a little rubbing alcohol, clamp, and wait. Obviously a more permanent option.
I have no idea if this is a quality strap, but it shows the other attachment option: snap on. Not 100% sure, but I suspect there's a thin metal strip in the band like a tape measure. https://www.ebay.com/itm/203265745380
This seller on Etsy has several options as well. I have no experience with them. https://www.etsy.com/shop/BrosLeatherVN ... d=37938245
Can you tell I also have a watch with 16mm fixed bars?
