Hi John, many thanks for your support... Yes, I have decided to launch on Indiegogo InDemand as well since the Leather Straps Add-On was only added less than a week before the KS campaign ended, hence, this will allow additional time for all the backer to decide on this Add-On, at the same time if anyone has missed the KS campaign, Indiegogo will provide an addition 30 days at the same price tiersTheJohnP wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 10:10 am For those still looking to get an Attivo, this project has moved over to Indiegogo.
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/vesu ... 16205959#/
Early Bird pricing for the first 50 units is around $320
Indiegogo pricing is around $341
Regular price will be $475

Well, the Attivo is finally here. Thanks VesuviateWatches !
I haven't had time to test it or even to resize the bracelet (it seems huge - I will have to remove quite a few links). For now, just a few quick shots. What I can say, off the bat, is that I love the green color of the dial.

Re: SUCCESSFUL : Kickstarter: Vesuviate Watches - Attivo Automatic Collection
OK, managed to size it. For my not so slender wrist, I removed 4 links - 2 on each side, for a pretty snug fit.
Since this is hardened steel, resizing the bracelet (I.e. removing the push pins) is a little bit of a challenge. Below are the tools I used.
If you don't have them, or are simply not comfortable doing this, a trip to a local watch repair shop may be in order.
And another shot of that beautiful emerald dial.

Congrats to those who bought this during presale, esp now the price is US$850 (vs $475 as advertized as the regular price).

Re: SUCCESSFUL : Kickstarter: Vesuviate Watches - Attivo Automatic Collection
Removing the links is a tad difficult bc they put the pins in backwards. A pusher will not work at all, but a hammer and pin punch will work.PeteB wrote: ↑Mon Sep 20, 2021 12:26 pm Well, the Attivo is finally here. Thanks @VesuviateWatches !

Edit: Oops, looks like you already got the pins out. Looks great! I know I like mine a lot.

Re: SUCCESSFUL : Kickstarter: Vesuviate Watches - Attivo Automatic Collection
Received a package from Vesuviate with replacement end links for the leather strap. The ones that shipped with the watch were shorter and had the spring pins integrated. This made removal difficult and in the words of the creator
“look awkward and have destroyed the aesthetic of the Attivo design. The new end-links will also make it more comfortable to wear the Attivo on the leather straps option. It is a costly mistake that I have made, but it is a valuable lesson learned!”
