Viqueria Watches, out of Italy, have opened preorders for their latest collection, the Prometeo. A mechanical watch with a lot of lume.
But with all their focus on lume for this release, there is no lume on the second hand or second subdial, both of which seem a big miss.
This is their third campaign and their previous two were unsuccessful and successful, respectively.

Early Bird pricing with the Seagull ST36 movement is around $245
Kickstarter pricing will be around $269
Regular price will be about $349

Early Bird pricing with the Unitas 6498 movement is around $524
Kickstarter pricing will be around $548
Regular price will be about $770

Estimated delivery is January 2022

The Viqueria Prometeo is a 250 pieces limited edition proposed with a double choice of manual-winding calibers: a Swiss Unitas 6498 and a Seagull ST36. Both checked and regulated in Italy during the watch assembly made in our factory.

When we started to think about the new VIQUERIA Prometeo we have one target in our minds: we would like to create our watch with the best lume. Not only for duration and luminosity, but also with a stylish design that stands apart when fully lumed.

This is the reason why we decided to apply on the two dials a generous amount of Superlume C5.

The Prometeo is available with either a fumé red or blue dial.
