Liberum Watches, out of Milan, have launched their first Kickstarter for their debut collection, the DMD 001, a modular watch system that allows you to choose the color of the dial, case and straps.


Early Bird Special pricing was around $162 SOLD OUT
Early Bird pricing was around $194 SOLD OUT
Kickstarter pricing is around $216
Regular price will be about $283

Estimated delivery is 2023

Made to be assembled according to your mood. It allows you to choose the color of the dial, case and straps. You can create different configurations by choosing from several different options.

Liberum DMD 001, is adaptable to your mood or hectic lifestyle, there’s no need to go home to change accessories, the portable cases are perfect for a formal workday and after work plans.

Interesting idea, but when I get a watch I usually figure out which strap looks the best then never change. All those other straps and case covers would go to waste in my case.

Update on the Liberum modular watch. This is what they said on their Instagram:

"Hello everyone given the numerous requests, we are already working on an intermediate goal with new colors. Write what you think, your support matters to us".

With two weeks left and only around 70% funded, not looking good that they'll hit their goal.

They need to do something.

Based on quite a few of the comments on my review, this could lead to more backers. As many liked the idea, but found the colours a bit "boring".
