To put this in perspective, these are all brands that you get in the middle (black) tier if you have a watch gang subscription. The reason you get a watch gang subscription in the first place is your wife knows you like watches, but knows nothing about watches.

I was just looking at CCCP and that lead to a Hong Kong company called Solar Time Limited that purportedly owns these brands along with CCCP.

Quick Linkedin search finds Hong Kong people who list both Solar Time and Dartmouth as current employers and US and UK employees of Dartmouth. So they do seem to be linked. If I had to guess, Solar Time would seem to be the manufacturer(er) and Dartmouth the marketing operation.
