ToM customer service is just the worst. I especially hate when they offer me free money, which has happened a few times.

"I am sorry for the long wait here. I can see your item had a shipping estimate of 2-3 weeks and should have shipped by now. However, this piece did not pass our QC check and was later on, sent back to Cartier to repair. We are so sorry about this. As of today, we do not have an exact date of when the repair is complete, given the current circumstances and closures, there appears to be a backlog with repairs.

I remember being really impressed by this piece when it was first released. It looks like a chronograph but it’s actually three separate seconds sundials.
