Best price I can find is at The Luxury Well, but maybe someone might know of a better deal out there?
If so hit me up.

Again, prefer the blue, but if someone has a line on an amazing price for the grey (Grau) or green (Grün), I'm willing to listen. ;)

You may check sigmatime on ebay from time to time. I nearly pulled the trigger on one from them at the range of $700-800 (if I remember correctly), and regretted that I had not. But looks like they are OOS at the moment, maybe they will restock, who knows.

Thanks!
Gemnation/Sigmatime lowest price has been $675, if not mistaken.

But I'll keep an eye out.

I was looking at these yesterday. Unfortunately not one single listing in Japan from what I could see right now.

watchpalooza I don't have experience with Yahoo Japan auctions but there is one listed HERE. Every once in a while you see a rare JDM Seiko like this sell for less than the typical market price from a Japanese pawn shop or jeweler on ebay. Usually it is because the model name/reference isn't listed in the title but the watch is instead identified by the 8 digit movement and case code. In this case it would be 6R15-00D0. It can't hurt to set an ebay alert using that code (for both the listing and description). I'm not familiar with the pricing for these models, but you could try reaching out to @bradwatch or @watchtangclan on IG. They would probably have some idea.

So the Hesselbein's deal I posted the other day gave me the itch for the Seamaster Trilogy (I need to sell my 300 to make it happen). Someone bought it before I pulled the trigger, but I still want to get the watch. I've search around the internets but cannot find anything close to $4,700.00 they were offering. I got another AD close to come down to $5,900, but that is too much. I've reached out to REJ to help me source and see what kind of deal they can do, but I'm getting crickets.

All that said, I'm willing to buy new or used. I would like a full kit, but will accept no warranty card. Gotta have the box and extra straps. I'm also willing to go to $5,000 or a little more. If anyone sees anything let me know!

Model: 234.10.39.20.01.001

Just reading your description, I IMMEDIATELY thought of the Portsea. Such a gorgeous looking watch, although I haven't seen one in person.
Yes they are awesome looking. Unfortunately they stopped making them however. I was close to buying one years ago but the quality control wasn't as good on them back then.
It's too bad that they stopped making the 3-hander. I have the calendar version myself and I love it. Whatever issues they had early on with quality must have been resolved. I bought mine a year ago and it's great. The dial is really gorgeous in person.Image

The best two tone Datejust homage, who makes it?

Automatic preferred, and hacking. Under $300 would be best.

OK, here’s one. I have found the watch I want, just don’t know how to get my hands on it. It’s on the Taiwanese version of buy.Yahoo. Good price, but I can’t find a Taiwanese remailer similar to Buyee.JP for Japan.

The watch in question is a Citizen CB0170 for around $500, rather than nearly $700 most places. It appears to be an East Asia only model, sold in China, the Philippines, Thailand, etc.

Thoughts?

Hmm, that looks like it goes to Yahoo auctions. This is within a storefront on buy.yahoo.com. I will look for their web site or FB presence though.
Thanks!
