Does anyone know whether the hour functions as a purist 24-hour hand, or is it just a 12-hour period with a 24-hour GMT hand? I've read both.
I searched heavily on this issue before, as it was so confused by so many models, and my simple conclusion is : no matter what model, when it has a GMT hand, the hour hand is running on a 12 hour basis. All purist models are without GMT hands, and the hour hands are running on 24 hour basis. It's actually simple.

Sellita decorated COSC SW200 calibre, around 235USD / 205EUR. Can be used as a drop-in for an ETA 2824. It appears to come without a certificate, but it has the serial number engraved on the bridge, something that the COSC-examined calibers bear. Ideal for upgrade those premium brand watches, premium price tag... and low grade Elaboré caliber. 8-)

Shows a Sellita SW-300 in the photo of the back, not an ETA. I wonder how easy it is to get parts for that DD module.

ABTW’s review also states a SW-300. Very tempting at that price - lower than any recent used pricing I’ve been able to find. Hard to find a decent triple-date moonphase much lower.

Found some decent deals at Watchspree from Singapore using coupon code 50OFF (not sure when it expires), free international shipping included.

It looks like they added a blurb on all their watches that says "LOCAL BUYERS ONLY" but I'm still able to add to cart and move onto the Paypal payment page even though I'm outside Singapore. It might have been added to skirt their Seiko territorial contract.

UPDATE 2020-03-09: Member @rlachcik reported that his order got cancelled so it appears they are really no longer shipping outside Singapore. I'm so sorry for the non-deal :(

UPDATE #2 2020-03-09: Member @Whateveronfire confirmed he did receive shipping confirmation for an SKX013 which didn't have the "LOCAL BUYERS ONLY" stipulation. So the SKXs may ship after all since those are the only ones in my post that don't have the local buyer stipulation.

$349 SGD after coupon, or around $253 USD.

It's probably got to be the Sellita SW-300 (ETA 2892 clone) because that's a relatively thin movement and with the Dubois Depraz 9000 module on top you would need a thin movement to get the case height down to 12mm. As for parts... well others use that module, so I can't imagine it would be that difficult. Besides it's not like B&M is a micro-brand. They've been around long enough it's not like BM is going to suddenly take a crap.

There are a lot of good deals posted here and sometimes there are smoking hot deals posted here. This is one of those smoking hot deals. The price was this low for a short period four years ago and has been nowhere near this low since then. I ordered last night and my watch has already shipped. There are 18 left at this price. Here are a couple of reviews:

I wouldn’t laugh too hard. Writing’s been on the wall for a while. I think B&M’s best bet is a buyout and Glycine-like demise.
