I was looking at this one this morning. I think it will clean up nicely. Good catch!Perdendosi wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 4:06 pm I just bought a Baume & Mercier Capeland Chronograph Automatic // MOA06858 // Pre-Owned at Touch of Modern!!

$25 for every $100 spent at TOM. got a used baume Chrono. Looks a little rough but I hope I'll like it (or can flip for what I paid so I can get a "free" $200 TOM credit).

Last call for the Flip Challenge Contest! At least a couple of people made an effort to win the $200 prize. The rest of you are gonna regret it win you see the prize.

With the $25 credit from ToM you can get the same watch for almost the exact same price but new and complete with box and papers.BillionaireDoors wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 7:14 am If you're ok with it missing the box and papers, this is a great price at $3430.

This is one of the best deals I've come across on the eBay 20% off special. It's quartz, but at $263, it's also about the cheapest Maurice LaCroix I've ever seen.

I don't know, $40 seems awfully expensive for a gator watch. Also, it remind people of the University of Florida and induce nausea.nicegator wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 6:59 pm My pick from so much anticipated Movado semiannual sale.
Gators are nice.

Toveri wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 10:28 am It's pretty slim pickens at the Ashford sale.
Anyway, with the -12% coupon I finally pulled the trigger on the CCCP Monino I've been eyeing (for $63.35) and a retro-ish quartz Calvin Klein for $30.80.
And also this The Flash Invicta that's kitch, camp and only $52.79:
This watch seems to be on every single overstock type site. Looks like nobody likes Flash.
p.s I assumed direct Ashford links still don't work so that's why the links are all shortened with bit.ly.
For those of you who are my age and remember the movie. Each time I see a Flash symbol I have to sing it like Freddie Mercury.
Flash! Ah-ah. Savior of the Universe!
Flash! Ah-ah. He'll save everyone of us!

Question for you TOM experts. For how long do the credits exist?
I’ve bought from TOM before but have never played the credit game with them. I also have a 20% off next purchase offer that expires today so if I can double dip it might make some sense.
I have struggled to routinely find something to buy from them in the past so not sure all the effort is worth it.

I wouldn't call myself a ToM "expert" but have bought three watches from ToM in the past year, and currently have over a grand in credits with them. The credits generally last 60 days so you do have a bit of pressure to use them there. However they become active only when the watch ships, which can add another month or more. And I agree that currently there are slim pickings to be had in terms of watches at ToM. Btw, if you see a nice Omega or TAG (new or store display) around the 1.5-2.5 K mark, at ToM, shoot me a note please .jcombs1 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 9:20 pm Question for you TOM experts. Congratulations to claus1100xx for the winning flip
"Bought an Omega Planet Ocean for $2,300 off Facebook Marketplace. Traded it for an Omega SMP Bond 2531.80 and $1600 cash.
Ended up with less cash in my pocket but ended up with more "value" in total and a watch I have been chasing for a while."
A >$2000 Omega for $700 net is impressive. Well done!
