I'd love to hear more about this watch from anyone that receives theirs soon. I'm on the fence (too many watches already, need to focus on what I really want, ... ). I have tried hunting around on the intertubes for reviews and real-life photos/videos, but there's very little out there.
I searched for some real life pics and it better shows the minute hand... To me, seems a tad too long as it goes past the minutes track.
I guess I'm just too picky.
I wish all watches has the second hand extending to the seconds track. Love these watches but my collection is maxed out, great movement, cool case and dial.

Good catch. I saw it when I clicked on the link in my email so I figured it applied. Just tested it and can confirm it does not.

Got a seller on eBay to send me an offer for $250 on the lum-tec G7. Used the 5% ebay bucks and TopCash 1% to keep it around $251 after tax. Clearly I have a thing for orange.
Well, crap. I got it back out to show my wife when she got home so she could share my disgust.......and it looks a lot better now. She says it most certainly is not rose gold, and thinks it is a great looking watch. The gold definately looks darker to me than normal yellow gold, but if she says it isn't rose then I'm sure it isn't. Since she has good taste and I don't, I'll take her word for it and keep the watch.

I bought one a couple of months ago on a sale. Both the seconds and minute hands extend to the edge of the dial so I think the length of the hands are just fine because they balance each other. It is a nice watch if one is in the market for a Zodiac/Turtle type of case. I will admit I haven't worn it yet but that has much more to do with I never leave my house anymore due to work-from-home and covid restrictions.
New with tags Elysee German made small seconds pilot with a unitas 6497. $269 ObO +19 shipping, good deal for a unitas handwinder in a handsome 42mm case, that is a good size for a unitas as usually they are 44mm+.
