[mention]cron[/mention] [mention]Boourns[/mention] I ended up buying the PVD field watch and to sum up my thoughts on the watch: Pretty Disappointed, and definitely not worth full retail.. After wearing it for the first time, I noticed a small black fleck appeared under the dial. Then as I was inspecting the watch to confirm the fleck was under dial, I noticed I managed to already put a mark on the PVD case after wearing it for about 6hrs. I have multiple other PVD watches that have fewer marks after multiple years of use.

And the final nut kicker for me TBH is the fact they dont clearly state its powered by an 8215 mvmt on the web, yet it very clearly does in the manual. So like many I found the review articles about the 2021 reissue containing a 9015 not realizing that was not what I was purchasing.

In regards to Benrus the company: they are responsive and handled my issue quickly and without question, so the watch is currently en route for replacement. While I am disappointed about the watch, Benrus CS appears to be top notch.

Edit: I would be remiss not to mention that the included NATO was probably one of the nicest/softest I have worn.
