Thanks sobwanhoser. Finally gave in to the TPS 3 model at *horrors* full retail. Exchanged mails with Alex the owner who seemed like a perfectly nice bloke. I have a weakness for 60s/70s Porsches and also collect diecast...so, well, went down the rabbit hole again.
RETAIL??! :o
However, that is THE Roue... :)

Can someone help me find a deal on the Bulova Oceanographer/Devil Diver in the orange/blue colorway? I never gave this watch one second thought after seeing the marketing/promo images, but today I saw a real owner's photo of the watch and it went from zero to need for me. Why do manufacturers post such **** official photos?!

Best I'm seeing is WatchMaxx on eBay for $390 with a "Make Offer"
No experience if they discount further with the make offer, but can't hurt to try.

With that budget, have you looked at Farer?
You're not going to find a deal, unless you find one preowned.

But their Oxley GMT is $1,455

man.. A bit of vintage look, and the color is just beautiful. At 40mm also.

Welcome to the party bud! I know you may just be posting to not have your account purged and that is totally cool, but I'd invite you to jump in on the action and post anywhere/everywhere in the forum! Great, inviting group of people here with tons of knowledge to share. You are spot on though, this thread is a great idea, but also very dangerous!

Edit: don't be alarmed by the shockingly high percentage of exclamation points used in my response. Genuinely excited to see people enter the fray.
I mostly lurk here. You guys seem to have quantum computers hunting for deals in here. I am not that skilled.

In my experience with WatchMaxx and their "Make Offer" eBay listings, they wouldn't accept less than their listed price! :?

Any one know what's the cheapest Jomashop is likely to go with a Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba, preferably green?

It's currently $499. Other colours go as low as $475.

Also, any other suggestions on where to buy?

I'm in Australia, so I'll need to worry about shipping, but for the moment just looking for best price for watch alone.

For some reason I'm having trouble with the link, but this is the model you're looking for in case anyone else is looking to assist:
https://www.hamiltonwatch.com/en-us/h82 ... -auto.html

If it's worth it to you, joining the Inner Circle gets you 40% off at River Edge Jewelers, an AD for Hamilton.
https://shop.riveredgejewelers.com/coll ... dial-watch

So it would be $417.
Not sure about shipping or VAT/duty for you, but something to call them about.
Of course, admittedly, James is not the easiest to reach by phone...
