As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Well, the votes are in and the winner is Animal Mother followed in the distance by Watchpalooza, Boston Charlie and then the rest of the pack far behind. Congrats AM, it is a well deserved win.

The three watches are truly amazing and are a testament to the prowess of these bargain hunting warriors.

Thank you to everyone that participated wether you voted, hunted, posted an entry or even lurked the thread. It was a great challenge and I hope that you guys enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed hosting it. Hopefully I will see you, along with some new participants, at the next challenge.

Congrats Animal Mother and BostonCharlie! I think all the entries were pretty fantastic, but yours were my two votes...so I am particularly happy with the result. Both are beautiful examples and in great condition for their age.
