Well, the watch is in the capable hands of the postal service now. Hopefully that will be in Colorado by Friday and can be on a watchmaker’s bench soon. I will keep you guys posted.

Is your watchmaker in Colorado or is that just one stops on the way to the destination? I'd be interested in a recommendation if you have someone in CO.Sporkboy wrote:Well, the watch is in the capable hands of the postal service now. The first stop is Denver, Colorado and I am pretty sure the watchmakers that Terry works with are local to him. Not sure who that might be.

Color me embarrassed. Colorado Springs it is and not Denver. That tells you how many cities I have been to in Colorado. My apologies to you and all that live in Colorado who may or may not live in a 1980’s beer commercial.peskydonut wrote:Gotcha. You were only ~70mi too far north. No apology necessary, but I'll pass it along just in case.Sporkboy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 27, 2020 4:59 pmColor me embarrassed. Colorado Springs it is and not Denver. Re: My Father’s Seiko Speedtimer
OK, big update. The watch is back!
I will have more pictures, but you can have a couple for now.
And even a crappy unboxing video.
