%99 of people do not notice or care whats on your wrist. All that matters is that YOU like what you see.

My God. Its GORGEOUS!!!! I seriously hate Seiko. Despite whatever flaws the general WIS finds, I just keep seeing more that I want. This is no exception. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on it.valuewatchguy wrote:I couldn' figure out where to drop this so I'm creating this thread

I just got it yesterday and Was super busy so didnt get much chance to take it all in. so far I've only admired it in the box. bought it fully expecting to flip it because I didn't think it stood a chance to co-exist with the SLA017. But in person the case is so different, and the color dial such a refreshing change that it stands a better chance than I expected.
Finishing is really good. I was debating getting this or the Green Willard Reissue but now I'm really glad I got this one. The matte blue dial is really nice. I'm a bit burnt out on sunburst blue so this cool matte blue is a great look.

Re: Seiko SPB149 / SBDC107
Thank you! I agree Seiko has really brought their A-Game this year. I woiuld happiliy own a 3rd Gen Willard, the new 200M Tuna with Auto Movement - Street Series, a new 300 M Tuna with sapphire and ceramic insert, and the new Alpinist without the inner bezel. There are lots of others too but those stuck out to me.Dub Rubb wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 12:49 amMy God. Its GORGEOUS!!!! I seriously hate Seiko. I’m a bracelet guy, but to me these new Seiko divers look best on their rubber straps. Haven’t yet purchased, but will likely pick up the blue or grey dial version at some point.

My 149 is already in its new home. Just didn’t make the cut with the SLA already in the stable
