Agreed. I'd like to see one at Ben Bridge.

Or at minimum, real-life dial pictures in natural light, with the owner's comments.

I have flipped more than one silver-dialed watch.

Silver hands on a silver dial. Probably not enough contrast there.

I am disappointed with the new Tudor offerings so far. They could have done so much more. A SS BB58 in grey and/or black (not OG) even a GMT would I think get them more sales (in addition to these fancier offerings). I wonder if the see-through caseback would add significant height, and if so, it'd be a shame given how svelte the OG is.

Also might be of interest to some that the two-tone (and accompanying stainless steel) are 36mm. The other (and most shocking detail, probably) is that the steel 36mm actually costs less than the previous gen. -- now $6,540 MSRP.

I wish that watch were 38mm?

I think there have been quite a few folks who have been asking for the 36mm? Also, in the Rolex scheme of things and how desirable the Explorer is to a lot of people, the MSRP is actually not that bad? Well, I guess getting your hands on one is a whole different issue.

Yes. At that price, it's not outside the possibility of a grail watch for me, if I also liquidate most of the rest of my collection. The problem is that to do that, I need to go to an AD, waste time making small talk and pretending to be bro-y with him, then ask to be put on a list that I'll never be at the top of anyway.

My feeling is the same. Unless you are someone here who recently purchased a Milgauss. ;) 8-) The Exp is probably my fav Rollie, after a vintage OP. I don't do bro-y...and the bros and bruhs take one look at me and think I am not worthy of their time anyway.

Switching gears from Rolex, Oris dropped some funky pastels on us.
