Total cost is $399, with half due at pre-order and the remaining half when the watch is ready to ship (expected date of September 2019).

I'm in for the blue dive bezel version. Got to say, while green is not the colour I would usually go for, the bronze and green was a seriously tempting combo.

I was kind of "meh" about it until I saw the GIF about 2/3 of the way down. Now I am very much "want."
I wish that watch were 38mm?

I am VERY interested in this one.
But if anything like the Citizen caliber 0100, it'll be way too pricey for me.

This post in particular needs pics:

Yea I don't think you could go wrong with either color. I've never own a Borealis and I probably won't own this one but I like their watches and still occasionally think about picking up an Estoril or a green Bull Shark.

It'll be my first Borealis (though I think I may have one of their dive straps, which is good quality). The blue is the only one of the three divers not to have a date window, which is an interesting choice. I wonder why only that colour?

Being a Spaceview fan that's very exciting. Citizen's CEO wasn't kidding when he said Citizen and Bulova had some exciting new releases coming up.

I expect the price to be much lower than the 0100, keep in mind those prices are for a limited first release, although on another forum someone mentioned that each watch has a custom algorithm in order to achieve that accuracy which will keep supplies limited near-term.

Given Bulova/Accutron's history of significant price depreciation sometime after initial release, I would say these will be in the affordable range two to three years after release, hopefully in 2020. I hope they do a full release.

The Saint Petersburg watch brand Raketa has released a new watch called the Russian Code. Raketa has moved a bit upmarket in recent years and they pride themselves on using completely in-house movements. That includes in-house hairsprings, which is very rare even for upper-tier Swiss brands. This new watch uses their automatic caliber 2615R, with the hands running counter-clockwise. Two very different colorways are available. The price is €1,280 or about $1,440 USD.

I hate that Raketa has moved so far upmarket. I REALLY love the watches they are making, ALMOST enough to fork out the dough. Especially the Big Zero. Man, they are really killing it, and at half the price, I would own all of these.

Oh wow.....definitely different than the Big Zeros I've seen on ebay. Those are all pretty cool looking watches you posted. I wasn't that familiar with the brand but started reading about them after I saw the Fratello article about the Russian Code watch. Pretty crazy that they are now supplying some Swiss watchmakers with hairsprings and other parts. My guess is prices for Raketa watches will keep going up.

I got my introduction into the watch world through F10 over on WUS (great sub forum btw, nicest and most knowledgeable and helpful people, other than here of course!) but only ended up with one Raketa. The "Wind Rose" compass watch. I wouldn't be surprised if the remade both this watch and their awesome looking diver. I am really impressed with their current lineup, and didn't know about the depth of the production capabilities. That is pretty damn cool. Almost justifies the prices.

That being said, I might be one of the few dumb enough to buy one of their watches despite the fact I could buy something comparable from the Swiss or better from the Japanese for the same price. The heart wants what the heart wants ya know?
