Timex Ironman. About 30 days without any real exercise has me looking and feeling soft. Time to start chipping away at that problem.

Thanks! It was a perfect day on the bay. The boat was my dad's Cal 30. Nothing too crazy, but perfect for sailing the bay although a roller furling sure would be nice! Luckily my dad and her dad did most of the work so I got to sit back and drink lots of beers.Split-Time wrote:Looks like a great time getting the new family together. Details on boat and who was the skipper? I used to love to sail. My wife and I tried to rent a place in Sausalito several years ago that came with the use of a 24’ something-or-other. The owner ended up being double booked so the sailing never happened.Dub Rubb wrote: ↑Sun Jun 16, 2019 1:28 am This has been a most epic Seiko Saturday. Celebrated father's day sailing the bay with my dad, Mrs. Dub Rubb, her sister and parents and of course the 009! My Dad was also wearing the Seiko I gave him last year for father's day.
This is part one on my Seiko Saturday. Stay tuned for parts 2 and 3.
