(also have a white Hamtun Kraken H2 incoming)

I have 4 aspirational watch goals:
- Rolex Explorer 214270
- Omega Seamaster 300MC
- Tudor GMT
- G-Shock Titanium
Hoping to land the Explorer soon.

However my 2 watch boxes (a 10 and a 15) are now full as you can see :) Pretty much everything I've bought has been enabled by the Bargain Threads here (and it's predecessor). So I thank everyone here, and curse you at the same time. To make room for new arrivals, there's a few that I might be willing to let go:
- Citizen Blue BN0151
- Certina DS-4 Small seconds
- Tissot Antimagnetique
- Mr Jones Watches Number Cruncher
- Seiko Flightmaster
- G-Shock Ninja King

But it's tough to say goodbye, and I'm not sure it's worth the effort of posting e-bay listings. None of them are particularly valuable. It would be more just to make room. And I swore I wouldn't buy a 3rd box, so please don't tempt me :)

It'll be interesting to see what the SOTC is like in a year's time, and if can resist temptation here and stick to my goals in 2020.

Set #1 (left to right)
- Seiko SARB033
- Omega Seamaster Quartz (1977) 196.0078
- Christopher Ward Sandhurst C65
- Seiko SARB065 **** Time
- Frederique Constant Classics Grey Dial

I'd love to see more pics of the Sandhurst.

That's a 38mm no? What's your impression compared to the SARB?

Sure, I'll upload some more photos soon.

They wear similarly, but the Sandhurst really is another level. The SARB's dial is great, really fantastic for the price, but the CW beats it in every other way. The movement and accuracy, the case is amazing, the bracelet is rock solid with quick release and adjustment on the go.

And I spent a year a of my life at RMA Sandhurst, so when they released it I knew I had to have it.

The Sandhurst is lovely. Do you have links to the British Army?

I did (I completed the commissioning course back in the late nineties), but left long ago and haven't lived in the UK for a long time. I had been swithering for months over the C60 Trident GMT 600, but couldn't make up my mind on what size to get. I wanted to experience a CW as I'd heard really good things, and the new Tridents look super nice, but the fact it wasn't a "true" GMT bothered me. I'm glad I did as the Sandhurst then came out and suits me better (for non-dive watches I prefer 36-40mm).

Slant, here's a couple of photos. The measurements with my digital calipers are:
Diameter - SARB 38.0mm, Sandhurst 38.3mm
Lug to lug - SARB 44.7mm, Sandhurst 43.4mm
Thickness - SARB 11.2mm, Sandhurst 12.2mm (the SARB has a flat crystal, the Sandhurst's is boxed up)

Thank you forbesguthrie, really appreciate the measurements as well. I can see why you said they wear very similarly by looking at your photos and the measurements.

Yeah, well, someone had to do it ;)

How's your collection, I'm wondering what a Green Slime SOTC would look like?

A box full of Russian vintage watches? A single under the radar F91W? Some Omega Seamasters with a secret hidden features like a camera in the crown? Multiple Casio Databanks each set on a different language ready for quick notes?

 Brilliant, I wish!

I'll post it up at the weekend. But under a covert username, then I'll have to shred them all! ;)
