I am digging that bracelet. I am not sure how a 50m diver gets made, but that is Modern Timex for you. I was born in 79 and an original could be a viable birth year watch, but I am sure these things are relatively dear now a days.

I think it a nice-looking watch. I especially love the profile. Off the top of my head I can't recall seeing any Timex, other than a few modern digitals like the Ironman, with any greater than 100m WR. A lot of their other "dive-style" watches with external rotating bezels have only 50m WR. I'm also born in '79. Happy 40 Spork! Just found a pic of an old Q diver. I like it.

OK, I thought there was a reason why every picture of one of your watches you post is something I really like. Happy 40th to you as well.

I also went hunting and found the same model you did, that I actually like better than the Pepsi one. I will stalk eBay and hope that I luck out on one eventually.

I think those Timex GMTs are great looking. What's their dimensions?

I am very thrilled.. finally was able to find this masterpiece for a decent price. One of those times that other TX watches are getting the trending and the sleeper gets by.

Prepping this one for shipping. I am gifting this to my Bio Papa that I have not seen in 25+ years.

Easy Reader on Ostrich Leather (from a Junghans). I think the strap really brings up the watch.
