I'm loving this dial. But hating this movement.
The fact the minute hand won't stay on what it is set is driving me insane.

Been a long time since I picked up a Timex. Will likely be a lot longer before I get another.

I believe there is a crown twisty routine to help the gears mesh better moving forward. Annoying but it can be remedied.

Set the time to say 5:33.
When I push in the crown, the minute hand falls back to 5:32 or 5:32.5 or 5:33.5/5:34.

My Q and Bulova Hack have the same issue, I don't care if the seconds hands hits the marks or the hour and minute are perfectly alligned but I hate it when I set my watch and the minute hand and seconds hand are in the exact correct position.

I've had some luck on trying to get them aligned before the seconds hand reaches 12, by stopping the watch a few times trying to get the hand wiggle to lessen. Seems like the minute hand moves less after the crown has been pulled out and back in before you set the time when the second hand needs to be stopped 12 to sync the correct time.

With all my watches I try not spinning the crown when setting them but it seems some movement just can't be set without some minute hand movement.
