Recent eBay pickup...first time wearing. Interweb folklore suggests this is known as the Black Hole version. I dunno, feels pretty light on the wrist ;)

A Timex Tuesday Two-fer.

A diver-style from June 1994:

A nurse's fob from 1971:

The very first watches to carry the name "Timex" was a test run of nurse's fobs in 1948. Hard, but not as hard to find as the 1948 versions, this one is unusal in that the bar hasn't been engraved.

For me... it has been a Three of a Kind..

Started with the Mk1 36mm (marketed incorrectly as Camper) ImageUntitled by Wolfsatz, on Flickr

Then... midday swap to a Solar Timex Expedition Field North borrowing shoes from the Mk1 Steel

and then.. evening swap to Sir Wallace Globetrotter ... one of my favorite Waterburys

Okay TX gurus, time to apply your vast brain trust to help a clueless colleague...

I picked up an older stainless Expedition cheap off "the bay." I believe the ref # is T46861 (first picture, pinched from Amz). It arrived with its snazzy (20mm lugs) tapered H-link bracelet, but with one missing friction pin, so it can't be assembled. The last 2 pics show the actual bracelet.

Your Mission: name a low-cost source for a 7-shaped friction pin (length 15.4mm) like the one shown at the arrow. Or even better, a complete link AND 2 friction pins (the removeable links are 18mm wide.)

A little help?

Seems my question rendered the thread temporarily comatose. Well, no matter...I figured out a workaround. Here's some eye candy to get things restarted.
