It is not a Table.. it is our center server... but that is the reason we got it.. Eye Candy for the table... and makes excellent back drop.

Story of Tiny Screws 'Cont'd)
First of all.. thanks to Sporkboy for taking the time for sending me two very tiny screws. Bad / Good News .... after enlisting my 14 year old with perfect eye sight and not shaky wrists.... I guided him as to what I needed him to do. He patiently helped me. So.. the first part... Still could not fit the clasp on the first battery that powers the analog part.

This project first started with a simple battery replacement for the Alpina Hybrid.. which eats batteries for breakfast... and my dyslexic eyes that ordered 2032s instead of the humongous 30302 for the Aplina. Did not realize I have the wrong type until I had already taken one of the very tiny screws of the battery clasp on the Alpina. So the project then turned to the Ironman Ana Digi. First, I tried putting the Alpina screw into the clasp. and got excited.

.. so we continued... while the screw fits the clasp.. it would not screw in place.. then tried both of Sporkboys scews.. one was way to small.. the the other one that also seemed the right size... also would not screw in.... more testing.. just the battery without the clasp.. the movement seconds hand was skipping.. giving signs of life... but the battery does not keep in place without the clasp. After tying a few more times.. the movement does not work at all anymore.

The good news... the bigger screw that Sporkboy sent me, fits very well on the bigger clasp for the CR2016 battery. Again, Wolf Jr. was indispensable in order to be able to fit the clasp back in. The digital part works flawlessly. Left the hands on the least obstructive place. Bracelet fitting and case back .. will have to be done another day... total time spent on this is at least 2.5 hours and at least half of that time with the help of Wolf Jr. However, I am happy that at least the digital part works. This is a beast of a case and will do nicely as a work / tool watch.

As always, I am glad that I was able to help with at least one of the needed screws.

It is no surprise to many of us WIS specially on the super affordable range to get a decent watch with a garbage strap, bracelet, nato, etc.

Sometimes, the strap is just as important as the specs of the watch. When a 'Meh' strap is paired with a good watch; the watch just does not live up to his MAX.
A few weeks ago, I order a a couple of straps from @Tenessean87. Last night I received a great surprised. He included an extra strap and a few extra bits.

Not only his straps are just superbly well made; his straps are making a Trilogy very Complete thanks to his WIS-dom!

Post your best pairings!

Far and wide I will find 'em and I ride 'em
Bricks and mortar get my licks just for kicks
AD or authorized I don't analyze
Retail, wholesale never fail
Online or offline, I find I don't redefine
Too big to fail or yard sale they all hale
Run or hide just for fun deals I find

John,
I saw this when it was launched at the TX site. Somehow .. they got it very wrong with this one. I do not this the dial represents what Wolf Hood is.
The main 'https://raisedbywolves.us/' also just does not appeal to me at all. It seems to be directed to the Millennial type. There is a lot of 'Anger' in their work.
Off Topic
"For 2019, Raised by Wolves plays up the toughness of the Acadia with a custom graphic dial covered in snarling wolves, an image that symbolizes the idea of running with your own pack and being tougher than anything that comes your way. The watch features an expedition-grade black fabric strap with a branded patch that displays the Raised by Wolves classic word mark.
In Contrast:

Wolfpack
A group of friends that are bounded together by loyalty ,love and respect of each other .A wolfpack can have a mix of boy and girls . Once in a wolfpack you are truly devoted to your pack and will do anything and everything for them
Off Topic
The strength of the pack is the wolf; the strength of the wolf is the pack
