 They might actually take you up on that offer! ;) Although I have to say I'm impressed with how long they've been able to stay afloat thus far. Don't stop buying lol!

It’s been on my radar for a while, a lot more than what I would normally spend but just got it for £1145.... (45% off) so I sold a couple on eBay, cancelled a bronze trench watch on Kickstarter and I feel like I’m in profit!!

If you feel you're not bonding with this when it lands, let me know. I have a growing collection of 1970/80s Omega quartz watches (mostly 1342s), but I've never seen this before. Stunning.

Thanks! Its a 1330, one of Omega’s first in-house quartz movement. Unfortunately I have some work to do on it before I can consider it operational. But will report back.

Have wanted one of these for a couple years now. Finally pulled the trigger. Not the best deal ever, but it's a J1.

You mean "I have some work to do on it before I can consider it operational sellable". To me. ;)
Have fun, it looks great. That bracelet too.
Enjoy.

Congrats! I've thought long and hard about that particular model. Wound up going/sticking with the PADI MM200, but I would love to see one of these in the metal sometime.

The first batch sold out within a minute or two, but I managed to snag one of the new Lorier Hyperion GMTs today. Went with the black/silver as opposed to the black/gilt version (I’m saving my limited gilt allotment for the BB58 that will one day be mine).

Anyway... modern Bakelite!!!

Congrats! I know you have been waiting for this one to come out. I hope it's even more beautiful in real life than the pictures!
