As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

I bid on a whim and now have a Seiko SDS003 incoming to fulfill my Pepsi bezel itch. Even with the blurry eBay photos, I can tell the chapter ring is misaligned

Always had a thing for these. I bought a dark blue variant and really like it. Figured I need the green. And probably the baby blue one at some point. Love the color, the almost gaudy styling, and the bracelet on my dark blue one is actually very comfortable.

Here's the dark blue one I bought.

Picked up this ETA cal 1080, which set the bar for manual watches made after 1950. This one comes wrapped in a Titoni Titoflex with an increidible dial and case capped in 14K rose gold.

Welllllll I actually own the srpd63 already heehee. But I have a feeling this one will be getting much more wrist time. I was surprised at how affordable these newer chronographs are from Seiko.

True confession, I caved in for nostalgia:
