Congrats! The yellow looks awesome! I’m not usually a fan of the pencil hands (different width between the min and hot hands) but yours look more balanced here than for the other dial colours (I have the small abalone 44mm)

I’m really intrigued by the bracelet. How does it wear?

Wears great. No sharp edges, no grabbing and the beads of rice along with the brushed finish give it an upscale look/feel. Honestly didn't expect to like this one as much as I do. Debating on whether or not to go buy the light blue dial as well.

I have a NOS Orient Power Reserve 36mm that has a Polaris/Star Classic vibe and damn this web site a Citizen Tough.

I just received a Parnis 43mm Power Reserve but I will regulate it and resell it, just to big but for $65 great watch.

Just received an email from L&T cancelling the order...with no explanation. That is a disappointment. My guess is they oversold.

I was close to pulling the trigger last night but slept on it. An informative post by yinzburgher sort of put me over the hump and I have a Glycine Airman No 1 36mm GMT inbound. I have been thinking about a mechanical GMT that doesn't look like a Rolex homage. The "classic" size of this appeals to me...I think. We will see in a couple of days!

I could never quite justify adding the Timex Q Reissue to my collection......until today's steep discount.......lowest I've ever seen it. Big thanks to pdsf for finding and posting the deal! 👍

They're pretty cool watches. I couldn't justify it at MSRP so I sold mine and surprisingly made an $80 profit. But I think these are worth it at this price

Since the Bulova didn’t work out and Yinz beat me to the last Q, I made a low-ball offer on a Blue-dialed whitelabel Laco (and had it accepted). Its a small microbrand in NL who appears to be dumping inventory EOY. These are Augsburg 39’s produced under a collaboration by Laco in Germany using the Aramar dial. A few are still being offered on the bay if anyone is interested. Sold as new, full kit with 2-year warranty.

Haha, you're welcome! I only put the watch in my cart to show the discount for folks. I didn't get it myself (now I am thinking perhaps I should have :)). I look forward to seeing pics. :)

Was excited to get my new Zelos Hammerhead today. FedEx guy dropped this off on the porch and ran off before I could even get to the door.

The normal open tab is torn open. Not an accidental tear or slit. This was opened the regular way. I'm beyond words.

Oh wow......that really really sucks. I've not had that happen. Hope you can get it resolved easily. I don't know if that is a common problem with FedEx but I've definitely seen more complaints about them in general than with their competitors. The worst thing I've had happen with them is that they say they delivered it, it's not there so you think maybe it was stolen, and then it gets delivered the next day. Good luck with this cortman......let us know how it goes.
