Is that an Apollo Command Module in background? I need pics and more info!

Field watch compliance. Happy Friday!

My man! Good eye! Yes, that is a 1/25 model of the CM Columbia as it returned from the moon and is displayed at the Air and Space museum. The base for the model replicates the way it is displayed at the Air and Space museum. You can find these online but I purchased mine at the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL. If you need one I can hook you up when things open back up 8-)

Beverage compliant because I still don’t own a field watch. Maybe this pandemic will force me to peruse the bay and find one. The Timex Stretch44 was rocking earlier is dope and I’m thinking I should pick up a fun one.

That's what I'm wearing right now if it makes you feel better...and it shouldn't . It's just such a fun watch.

My mother in-law loves this watch/strap combo so my plan is to get this to her for Mother’s Day or Christmas.

You having this watch on too does make me feel better and I’ve already had a great day. Taking a step back, it’s amazing to think the position we are in to discuss watches and how cool they are/the non-cash value they bring to us. Glad it brings you as much joy as it brings me! The most fun watch I own.

It's the Mk1 California and comes in several colors. TheJohnP posted a deal a couple weeks ago and it was an impulse buy. Super happy with it. The orange one just spoke to me, but blue is pretty nice too.

I second all of these statements, except for the mother-in-law part  . It's hard for a grown man to take things too seriously while wearing a bright yellow watch ;) so I am wearing mine again today. May post some pictures if I become beverage compliant this evening.

That looks great. Did you go in the water today? Also, are you matching strap to shirt or strap to gloves?
