Glad you buckled them in. I am sure they faced some serious acceleration and lateral Gs[emoji23]

Signed crown Sunday compliant and beverage compliant. I also have some ribs in the slow cooker, but they still have a couple hours to go.

And here I was scoping out some sub-$3k W12x Merc diesels today. [emoji38]
Dude, the w123 mercs are so awesome and a testament to what Mercedes once made. Such tanks and dead nuts reliable. The weird thing is that they seem to have made 90% of them in manilla folder yellow [emoji23]

I drove a burgundy 82 300 CD Turbo Diesel in High School. I loved that car, you had to turn over the key halfway and wait for the coils to warm before starting. The Turbo went out once and I couldn't get it fixed for a few weeks; it was almost undrivable. It was literally a one minute 0-60. I know I have pics some where.

This is one of the ones I'm interested in. It's a 1990, so a W124, which were still tanks.

The others are an '84 300D and an '87 300SDL, both in the "manilla folder yellow". [emoji38]
The '84 300D would be my choice. It'll see you out if taken care of. Can't beat a W123.

Edit: Almost forgot, here's a watch. Gave the Nighthawk some solid solar charging today.

Tap. Talk. Buy a watch. Repeat.

Happy Monday Bros! Celebrated 3 year anniversary with the GF on Saturday. So wore the Sinn she got me for my birthday just about all weekend. She rocked the citizen I got her from the thread making her HUISABH compliant!
This morning I have on a Carolina.
Saturday I ordered a meat feast from a Michelin Star Korean Steak place that just does an incredible job adjusting to these current situations. I was really nervous ordering from a restaurant 4 miles away, which means over 30 minutes of delivery time, and what the meat and really all the food condition would be upon arrival. While the steak wasn't still hot hot, it was still a Perfect cooked temp and flavor and everything. Pretty incredible. Ordered 4oz of A5 Japanese Wagyu. First time having it and simply no way to describe it. Just melts in your mouth.
Also they are doing ****, bespoke ****, blind wine tasting, and wine flights. We did the wine flight and again just incredibly well done. I guess that's why they are Michelin starred

Anyway enjoy the pics!

Once you get a taste for a good Korean waygu, you can't go back to cheap meats. You're ruined now.

LOL.

But congratulations on the anniversary! Wish you guys the best.

Couldn't imagine this $18 watch ( deal published here) can be so much fun.

Mod Monday compliant legion. The Samuriana doesn't get much wear, but brings a smile to my face every time. It held up fine while social distancing at a job site and chilling in the garden.

This has become my home quarantine watch so I wore it most of the day. Probably the best $70-something dollars I have spent.

I’ll change it up when I go to the office.

Nice arrangement!
Reminded me about my and my wife's order from Meranom, which was shipped 2 months ago exactly, and still sitting somewhere at Moscow airport. Makes me sad and craving for hard liquor. :)
