As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Getting dressed this morning I knew I wanted to wear this. Figures it still qualified for Mod Monday. Then the radio reminded me that it is Tool Watch Tuesday. OK, my words...not theirs 8-)

Tool Watch Tuesday compliant and also beverage (ish) compliant. It hot AF here and am cooling/winding down with what is basically an alcohol infused otter pop. Delicious. Don't hate me cuz ya ain't me [emoji23]

Also great meal compliance with my take on Nasi Goreng. I am telling you, Kacep Manis(Indonesian sweet soy sauce) is an effing game changer. Highly recommend.

I've got another vintage/retro inspired piece. The is one that will be launching on Kickstarter in October.

Good to see you back bud!!! And I'll admit, I also thought it was Tuesday today at first. Holidays be throwing me all off. I later thought it was Thursday and that I had forgotten to put my trash out [emoji23].

I am digging this. I really enjoy the symmetry between the 12:00 marker and the hour hand. And that framed date window looks quite nice. My only gripe is the vintage Lume. But thanks for sharing it! You're bringing some quite cool and interesting watches to the legion, and I for one am enjoying it!

Vintage Vostok Vednesday. Just love this case shape, and the profile is my favorite of all the vostoks. Slim, interesting mid case and pointy crown guards protecting a quite large crown.

Thanks very much. That's what I try to do with the microbrand watches I review especially. But I also try to review some of the more obscure AliExpress ones as well. I don't know how familiar you are with AliExpress watches, but I was actually the first to review the likes of Phylida, and also now their new brand Matic, Baltany, Escapement Time, and Boderry.
