Good work. Not only did you succeed in your first "great meal compliance" you have honors of being THE first.ManOnTime wrote:Attempting my first great meal/vegatarian meal compliance.
An Indian watch and an Indian meal.
Titan Edge, Navratan Korma, Basmati rice, naan and Kheer (not pictured) for dessert.
While you know I love that hammy, I am interested in the straps for the Junghans. Have you changed it yet? To my eye it seems to use curved spring bars. Not a bad thing By any means, in fact the opposite, but I am just curious.Stretch44 wrote:One crown, two plungers compliance earlier.

Hands up, you posting this made me realize that I never let you know about the arrival of the 5KX. It’s been a weird few weeks, but the 5KX is alive and well! Here she is with her older sister. I swear if they had just done a screw down crown on this thing it would truly be perfect. I haven’t had too much time to hang out with it, but expect to see it on a new NATO for Seiko Saturday tomorrow to help me cheer on my Tigers.Dub Rubb wrote:Loving the Vostok, but oit of curiosity, have you received the 5KX you won yet?!? I sent it a while ago, but I believe you were on vacation.Rabirnie wrote:Vostok and beverages on this Wednesday.

I haven't changed straps on it yet. I'm thinking of putting one of my tweeds on it, we'll see. The spring bars aren't curved. The lugs curve under the case so that there is no gap. This is actually my favorite design feature of the watch, makes such a clean look.Dub Rubb wrote: ↑Thu Sep 17, 2020 11:21 pmWhile you know I love that hammy, I am interested in the straps for the Junghans. Side note, you can use two spoons to bend your own spring bars #(amateurAF)pro tip.

Sadly, no. There is no Mickey mouse compliance. But you are in luck! There is "match your green belt to your green strap super compliance"Wolfsatz wrote:Is there such a thing as Mickey Mouse complaint?

From time to time they also make 38-40mm ones. This one is my wife's which does not wear at all. I dig it. NH35 see through back case too. Nicely done.Stretch44 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 8:24 pmThis watch is AWESOME!! I looked it up because I wanted to get one.
