As promised, bagged meat compliance. This tri-tip was melt in your mouth tender. Shared it it with my new neighbor who's wife was also gone for the day. We Just became best friends over beer and meat. And also his adorable puppy.

Don't worry bud. It was just a bourbon marinated tri-tip from a local butcher cooked via sous vide for 6 hours before being seared in butter and drizzled with the leftover marinade and drippings. It wasn't THAT good. [emoji8]
Haha, right. I'm sure it was just okay. Had switch up to the Accutron for swanky Saturday. I think this definitely qualifies with the 70s vibes. The smooth sweep and hum are so good.
