Hope everyone is having a good 4th of July. Went with Hamilton for their American history and it's blue. Not compliant yet, but will be carnivore compliant in a bit. Doing New York steak, corn, potatoes, and heirloom salad.

We didn’t have much of a plan today since it is just the three of us. My wife brought home about 2.5 lbs of sirloin which we turned into kabobs. I ate three kabobs, drank one Guinness, had one hot dog and two bowls of brownies and vanilla gelato 
. Can’t tell if I’m going to bed in an hour or I will be up all night.
