Great choice on the brew! And if it came by any means into your possession through the forum, it is fovever compliant. Looking good, and you will find only having one watch for your trip is definitely freeing. However, you will also be glad to return to your watches when you get home.

OK, for Vostok Vednesday I have my MoT dial Amphibia.
Lovin' this! Did you brush the bezel? Or did it come like that? My favorite MoT watch yet BTW.

I did brush the bezel. I cut a piece of cardstock to fit the inside of the bezel and used some tacky putty to affix it to an electric screwdriver and went to town on a scotch-brite pad.
It is my favorite concept, but the execution is poor. I am working on it though. More progress pictures on the MoT watch dial thread later today.
I may not be following the letter of the law but because I purchased the donor watch from our fearless leader and founder ManOnTime I feel I can post this without issue.
It’s in the spirit of the thread as the watch that gives the inspiration for this mod retails for $1,000, I have just over 1/10 of that in this one.

That looks great! I'm happy to see it arrived.

Safe and sound, thanks. I normally dislike faux patina, aged dials and lume, etc. but I really like the LE original G but would never pay that kind of money for it. I think this mod turned out pretty nice, it’s not nearly as rough looking IRL as the picture would leave you to believe. The process took the high gloss off and it just looks lightly worn. Bezel and bracelet are very high quality too, surprisingly so TBH.

Relying on beverage compliance today. This watch just keeps calling to me. I may or may not have another NTH sub incoming.

Uh huh! We know what that means . If it makes you feel better, I think so much of mine that I would consider another...and I know there are a lot of other fish in the sea.
I am also flying out tomorrow for a game. Then it’s pretty much non stop work all next week so it will be the Garmin running watch for a week and not much posting.
Congrats on the new purchase...if you pulled the trigger, that is!

FWF, SNA139P1. Titanium, 200m WR and sub dial at 6 can be used as an alarm or a 2nd time zone. Currently set on UTC time but not sure why, I would need a chart to use it correctly.
