I would hope this is a joke. Otherwise it would make a great addition to those that collect Victorinox stuff. It is the oddities and flops that are most sought after since they will be scarce due to being fundamentally flawed.

The trend in eyeglasses would appear to be the lightest weight and unobtrusive pair that can be made and this goes against that by adding bits of metal.

I didn’t see the video at first and the parts do detach. Somebody just ran with the idea. While neat, it doesn’t seem like a commercial product to me.

Since Victorinox and GlassesUSA were quiet yesterday, figured there was a slight chance this could be a thing.
