OFF TOPIC:
Just know you are really getting a beautiful dial and thats really it (IMO). The case is very plain and uninspired. The bracelet is average at best. The endlink fitment is terrible for a watch in 2021. The clasp is stamped (thick steel but not providing a sense of quality, but the hinges are milled. The clasp has only 2 micro adjusts. Case is 13.3 mm thick which is thicker than my Tudor Ranger. The bracelet also doesnt taper which i think is a miss.
The dial is one of the best from Seiko. Overall its a dress watch dial in a tool watch body and the split personality didnt set well for me. If that dial could be installed in a more svelte case, oh my that would be a killer dress watch. The dial moves from grey to blue and even some greens depending on the light.
But even as is, the watch will look terrific on leather. Black alligator is what I'm thinking. I just wasntt going to put up with it long enough to find out. I wish as a LE they has done more to differentiate the watch from the other variants.
