Funky 40mm green & tortoise shell Briston chrono, Miyota movement, $60 incl. free shipping from ShopWorn flash sale. ($109 from their eBay storefront). They have other, more outrageous colorways for $65 in their flash sale.

Looking into the movement, it has no second hand. The center second hand is for the chrono. The sub-dial at 9 is for elapsed minutes. I guess when you want to count seconds you just use the chrono. Looking at a couple reviews, only the hands are lumed.
