Wolbrook is releasing an updated version of their automatic and mechaquartz WorldTime Skindivers and offering 15% off. I backed the original mechaquartz on Kickstarter and was very pleased with how it turned out. This is one is tempting me to re-acquire based on the updates. Price isn't quite as low as the Kickstarter campaign, but definitely a good value sub-$200.

$110 for a GBX-100-1. If you generally avoid negative display G-Shocks, this one is actually readable in most conditions. This price is close to some of the coupon deals you might get at MLTD, although MLTD generally doesn't charge me tax.

It's also slightly bigger than traditional Squares, which IMO is nice. I will say that some of the interface pieces are kind of laggy. Some of the stop watch things once you save for instance. But for most functions it's fine. I don't really use most of the bluetooth notifications, though.

I don't know if you recall a Black Friday a few years ago when I spotted a deal on the Marathon GSAR from Optics Planet -- iirc it was good enough to get you off the BF sidelines (I bought a black Navigator at the time). So I guess this is payback, lol. Needed a gift for my brother, and the deal was too damned good. I also got a couple cool shirts.
