I've said it before and I'm saying it again, again, and again--until the message sinks in): You cannot count future credit against a present purchase. The future is the future--not the present--and the future credit only works to your advantage down the road.
Example: Buy a watch (or anything else) for $200.
Get $20 future credit.
Buy something later for $20.
Get it for free.
You have still paid $200 dollars out of your own pocket. Not $180.
You have received $220 worth of merchandise for $200.
I feel terrible………NOT. If someone gives you a $20 credit to spend as you wish it’s almost like you were given $20 to spend as you wish. In fact it is. This is clearly why you are the Sultan of SoWhat, the Brunei of Banality, the Monarch of Mendacity, the Emperor of Impudence…if you will. LOL
UPDATE - I’ve updated my deal to more accurately reflect the value of said Kohl’s cash in an attempt to appease those that feel significantly wronged and driven to object to said posting. In the future I will likely continue to post such deals in a similar manner and suggest that others do their level best to ignore my deal post should they find them objectionable.
