Here is a vintage Seiko Bullhead Chronograph Watch. Model 6138-0049 from 1976. This is from a military pilots estate sale.
Automatic movement runs and keeps good time. Day and date functions flawlessly. Changes at 12 o’clock as it should.
Chronograph works and resets to zero. Start/stop pusher gets stuck sometimes. Will need service.
Crystal looks clear. May have micro scratches not visible on camera.
Case and caseback does have scratches and scuffs which adds to the vintage charm.
Resin strap is used and shows signs of wear. Not original to the watch.
No box. No cards. No papers. Just the watch.
This is a magnificent watch, a must for any pilot, racer car or Seiko watch fan.
