If anyone can figure out which Rakuten Global Market watch vendors ship with Rakuten Global Express, cash back is currently at 12% through Rakuten/Ebates and there are multiple coupons available.

I think RGE is like any other proxy service: sign-up and get a Japanese address. In effect, you can buy from any Rakuten seller because they are shipping to a Japanese address, and RGE does the shipping from Japan to wherever you are. I have just registered with RGE (current Rakuten user) and the process asks whether you wish the RGM proxy address to be added to your Rakuten address list. Pretty straightforward except you need to upload images of ID verification. I used my electricity bill and driving licence for the combination of name, address and DOB. They have to be PNG or JPEG not PDF. They state it could take up to 3 days for verification. In future the trick will be to find sellers with free domestic delivery.

I've handled this in person. The bracelet is very vintage......ie OEM SKX....jangly, thin, cheapish feeling. But the watch itself is striking. And comfortable. Stick it on rubber strap and call it a day.

The only negative comment I could find about it was that it was a snap back case with a nylon gasket that is easy to damage when changing batteries.

Pulsar does make a version with a screw down back...

A decent price compared to the $995 list, but not compared to other historical lows.
However, Ebates is offering 10% cash back at Macy's.

That brings the watch to a net price of $358.
That's only $20 above the lowest price I can recall.
Not shabby.

With the 10% cash back, there's probably some other great deals to check out at Macy's.

I do not say do not try but Macy's always sends the display or returned watches if the discount is good. I received 2 citizens and 2 Tissots and only one citizen is in good condition to keep. If you try to replace they ship another ..tty condition watch. As I understand they try to sell returned stuff until somebody keeps them.

I should have noted (will update op) that the listed watch is new without tags. The listing at Rubicon's site made me believe it's a screwback case -- only because the photo of the back shows the characteristic indentations.

Those 42mm Invicta Pro Divers are too big for my wrist, but they've got some pretty cool new colorways, in particular for me the rose/black, rose/blue and black/black. Those rose gold ones have a bronze feel to them . . . $52. Prices this low, I wish I had someone to buy some for as a gift (and no, I'm not accepting volunteers from this group!).
