I’m not sure this qualifies as a deal, so let’s call it an “interesting oddity.” 44mm brass case, claimed Seiko quartz movement, screw down crown. I won this one in an auction for less, but the seller also has several colorways listed as Buy It Now for $75. Mine came with both the pictured leather strap and also a NATO even though the text said the leather is $15 extra, so your mileage may vary.
