This might have been mentioned earlier, but Amazon is still running a Gift Card promotion. You get a $15 credit when you purchase $50+ in Amazon Gift Cards. This deal started 01/01/19 and ends 06/30/19. The credit must be used by 08/15/19, or is forfeited.
It looks like it takes up to 3 days for the credit to hit your account, so plan accordingly (you might not be able to apply for one instantly when someone posts a great Amazon deal/bargain here). It also looks like it's a one-time credit (per Amazon account), so no multiple credits for every $50 card bought. And, the credit can only be used on items sold by Amazon (not third parties).
Actually, the more I type, the less of a deal this seems. Anyway, if you're interested, the code is 19GIFTCARD when you check out.
I just wanted to bump this Amazon gift card promo. I haven't tried it yet, but I want to.
You could use the credit to bring this Amazon Warehouse "Used - Like New; Item is in original, pristine packaging." square to $38 - $15 = $23. New from Casio eBay: $43 here. New at Amazon: $45
How do I know? I tried it, but I ain't in the club
...
Thanks for that information. I tried your SD link and learned I was eligible. I couldn't stop there, of course, especially knowing that it's targeted.
So I got smart. I got ManOnTime a $50 gift card, effectively donating $50 to MOT for just $35 -- a 30% discount! Quite a deal.
I emailed him to make sure it was okay, first, and then I sent the Amazon e-card to info@manontime.com. Looks like it worked okay -- first time I've used their e-card.

Also no matter what method you use, odor, especially smoke and cologne will not come out of the resin. Believe me, I've tried everything.
Soak in white vinegar?
Nope. Liquid will just keep the smoke odor trapped in the resin. Same goes for Coca-Cola supposedly working. It doesn't it. Airing it out won't work either. leaving it in the sunshine of the summer heat doesn't work either.

Reminds me of my casio that I wore when I was a kid. Could never get the sweat smell out. I stay in a tropical climate place, so sweat is a huge thing here.

Maybe put it in a vacuum (somehow)? Obviously just shooting from the hip at this point.

I have this with the straps for a second-hand Magrette. They smell awful (seller was a smoker) and noticed it as soon as I opened the box. Still dont know what to do with them, so they're sealed in a ziplock bag and the Moana is on a Borealis strap for now. Might try some of these suggestions though....
Invicta Pro Diver 8926 (scalloped bezel) 40mm Automatic (NH35) Watch - $49.49 from Amazon
The camels say this ties an all-time low for this particular model on Amazon. It is currently only a few bucks more from ebay sellers but it's normally in the $65 - $80 range.

Am I an idiot, or is every automatic chronograph a flyback chronograph? It means the chrono seconds snaps back counterclockwise rather than sweeping clockwise right? So isn't a Valjoux 7750 also a flyback? Sorry for the NAD post y'all
Yes. Flyback means that it can reset and restart WITHOUT stopping. A Valjoux 7750 has to be stopped first, reset, and then restarted.
The only real application that I know of a flyback being of use is with a tachymeter. Rattraponte would be great for timing a relay race. Any other ideas on a flyback? I can't think of any. I have an Eterna flyback, but I consider it relatively useless since I don't race cars.
You’re way ahead of me. I thought a fly back meant that if you lost the watch it would find its way back home. And isn’t rattraponte that French peasant dish with peppers, tomatoes, etc?

I bought a San Martin Vintage Diver, but they just emailed me to say it’s OOS and they hadn’t updated the system. I’m bummed. Im almost thinking about that beige Bulova for 99 coming down to 85. I don’t need it.
